- E-mail & Instant Messaging â€“ We provide 24X7 Email support through our dedicated email server and chat support through third party providers like Yahoo, Google, Microsoft and Skype.
- Document Management via Share point Web Portal â€“ All project related documents, templates, designs and specifications are shared through our online share point portal. Every client gets a customized dashboard where he can access all the project related documents and upload and download them.
- Online Project Tracking â€“ The client gets unprecedented visibility to his projects. It is safe and easy to monitor the progress of the project anytime, anywhere down to the task and issues level. The client is given access to the tool where he can log his own issues, check the status of issues, view current tasks under development and current status of the project plan and the development team can log in their questions and comments for the clients review and post the release notes.
